The former light industrial suburban site has been re-designated for residential development, reflecting the high demand for housing in the area.
As the site slopes steeply, MDA positioned the largest apartment block on the rear perimeter to take full advantage of the views overlooking Colin Glen Forest Park and River.
A smaller block of 6 apartments and 6 No. 2½ storey semi-detached dwellings completes the development
