floors. The flexible design can be subdivided into 500-1,500 sq.ft.
self-contained units.
The fit out of the blocks was catered to the end users, requirements,
including training facilities, food industry, arts and crafts and

Considerable site constraints including a steep level changes; overhead
electrical cables and a 1m Ø culvert lead to creative architectural

a large proportion of the existing buildings.
Fixed accommodation was placed in service modules, freeing up the
building’s main volume for future sub-division without constraint.
