The development was located on the site of an occupied multi-storey Victorian mill complex.The Victorian element was reflected in the elevational treatment. Street frontage combines commercial, retail and offices with industrial units behind. In addition to Design Team Leaders, MDA were responsible for successfully negotiating and securing government funding, coordinating a total of 7 phases in the construction programme and sequencing the decantment and reinstatement of existing tenants.
